Toilet flush tank body is produced from Polypropylene ( PP) virgin homo-polymer.

The very initial stage to produce the toilet flush tank will need to decide the colour of tank which is mostly milky white or ivory.

Once colour is decided that specific colour master batch needs to be sourced.

That master batch will be mixed with the PP granules in a defined proportion to get the desired tone of colour on the tank. Normally 2% of colour master batch is added in pp granules and then depending upon the type of customers requirement it can be modified.

Once master batch is mixed with PP granules using mixer ( can be mixed manually as well ) but we at Macarize Industries use standard mixing machines to produce homogeneous colour forms for every batch of production. So once mixture is ready it is dumped in suction bucket where this mixture is transferred to hopper via suction process.

Once material reaches to hopper it free-falls into the screw barrel section of injection moulding machine where temperature is in the range of 200 degree to 240 degree celsius. Screw barrel gets heated by applying heat using heater. This temperature can be changed as per the production cycle requirement as well as change in climate and atmospheric temperature.

At the another tip of screw barrel we have sprew bush which feeds mould and melted material gets injected in the mould.

At the same the water cooling system keeps mould cool at the desired temperature to get the flush tank solidify.

As per the fix timing from the prior experience the cooling time is set in a way that mould automatically ejects toilet flush tank.

When the toilet flush tank comes out from the mould it remains partial hot which needs to be cooled naturally.

It it kept for 24 hours to cool down and then quality check department checks it as per our quality standards. Once passed from quality department it goes to packaging department.
